What is your favorite aspect of your job? And how has it impacted your career?  

I’m always up for a challenge, and I love how much my job allows me to creatively solve the ones we face. Every day is a new day that brings new challenges and opportunities for an array of exciting projects. I love contributing and helping with whatever needs to be done! I started working here in April 2021, and I can’t believe how much I have learned and grown as a person. Regarding my career, there is no doubt that I am learning invaluable marketing skills, but also, I think I am truly learning how important it is to collaborate with a team. Everyone brings something different to the table and I love learning from those around me.  

What motivates you to wake up and go to work?  

I wake up and I can’t help but feel overwhelmingly grateful for the opportunity to work for a company like Modivcare. While I may not have the steadiest of hands needed to be a heart surgeon, or a psychology degree to give someone advice, this job allows me to play a part in getting people to the appointments that matter. I am so grateful that Modivcare took a chance on me to help market our powerful mission and I am determined to continuously show up every day, even if that means getting up a little early. 

What is the best advice you’ve ever heard?  

“Any job worth doing is worth doing well.” My grandpa always believed in putting 100% into everything, no matter the simplicity or complexity of the job. He was the hardest worker I know, and he never missed an opportunity to remind our family of this important lesson. I’m definitely no master at it, but his advice pushes me to work hard and always try my best in everything I do.
