What's the one thing all Modivcare team members have in common?

They never stop growing. That’s because we create a culture of open learning, encouraging our team members to pursue personal and professional growth opportunities at every stage of their career. We offer a range of training opportunities that build our team members’ skills and knowledge—from new hire training that gets team members on the right foot on their first day, to regular compliance training that fortifies our service and ethical culture, to new program and technology training on the latest features and capabilities.

  • New hire training

Members of leadership and peers work with you to put passion into action not just your first day, but every day. You’ll get all these things and more on day one:

    • New hire training
    • Business know-how
    • Medical terms
  • New program and technology training

Our team members receive hands-on training with state-of-the-art technology, including our call center technology. Receiving training on next-generation technology simplifies workflows and daily tasks so our team members can focus on what’s truly meaningful — helping patients access care.

  • Leadership training

We offer facilitated and online options for our developing leaders to foster the skills and strategies required to take on senior roles in the organization. Succession and legacy planning are important for every company and Modivcare takes pride in developing future leaders—especially given our track record for growth.

Compliance training

We take our legal, ethical, and value-driven obligations seriously, and make sure our team members know what’s expected to protect and grow our respectful, secure, and inclusive work environment.

All Modivcare team members receive compliance training through our Learning Management System (our online training hub) on such topics as business ethics and code of conduct, information security, HIPAA privacy and security, and workplace diversity and cultural competency. Our team members are key in creating and maintaining the ethical workplace we are known for.

You will also receive training on the on-site review process of the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC). As an independent, nonprofit organization, URAC promotes health care quality through its accreditation, education, and measurement programs. All team members are required to understand the organization’s criteria as outlined in its core standards.
