Shane Ragland joined Modivcare in October 2020 as Vice President of Member Care and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Member Care in August 2023. With 30 years of operational experience, Mr. Ragland is a proficient leader in the field of digital transformation and operational finance, dedicated to integrating a human touch into the digital and member experience. Shane possesses a deep understanding of technology and its capacity to elevate patient care and has been instrumental in deploying transformative solutions across the healthcare and telecommunications industries.

 

Prior to joining Modivcare, Mr. Ragland dedicated over 23 years at AT&T, where he held multiple leadership roles including Senior Manager National Observation Team, Chief of Staff – VP, Director of Strategic Partnerships, and most recently, Assistant Vice President Customer Service, AT&T Digital, Retail, Care, where he performed C-Suite Chief of Staff roles, oversaw both internal and external member care operations, and managed the merger of transition teams that effectively bridged the gap between technology and frontline operations.

 

Mr. Ragland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration from Jacksonville State University and he currently resides in northwest Georgia.
