Jason Gart joined our Board of Managers in December 2025. Mr. Gart is the founder of MSO Capital Advisors, a firm designed to advise boards, management teams, and capital providers on business improvement, governance, and risk management across complex and stressed capital structures. Prior to MSO Capital Advisors, Mr. Gart spent eight years as an investment analyst at HG Vora Capital Management, a value-oriented event-driven investment firm based in New York, where he worked on private credit, stressed and distressed credit, and public equities. 

Mr. Gart holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
