Jody Kepler serves as Modivcare’s Deputy General Counsel and SVP of Government Affairs. She brings over 25 years of compliance and legal experience in the healthcare industry. She assists all of Modivcare’s services lines with her healthcare regulatory expertise. In addition, she leads the company’s federal and state government affairs strategy, ensuring that everyone is aware of how Modivcare supports access to care and affordable health care solutions.

Prior to Modivcare, Jody served as Chief Compliance Officer at BioScrip, the largest independent national provider of infusion and home care management solutions. She was previously Senior Counsel at Tenet Healthcare, legal counsel at Coram CVS Specialty Infusion Services, and associate attorney to law firms in the Denver area.

Jody holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Denver and a Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University.
