How long have you worked at Modivcare and what does your job entail?
I have worked at Modivcare for one and a half amazing years. Some of my job duties are ensuring the Oklahoma City site has everything they need for success, not only for my supervisors and customer service team members but also for our members.
How do you make a difference at Modivcare?
I try to come into the office every day and be a positive spokesperson and motivator for each of my direct reports and the members I speak to. Leading with kindness in our line of work is the most important thing for my team and our members.
What career advice would you offer to a Modivcare team member?
Continue to use and grow your skill sets and learn as much as you can. Use every opportunity to learn something new and keep an open mind.
What is on your bucket list?
Travel more; I want to see the world.
What do you do in your free time?
I love being outdoors. In my free time, you can find me outside: at the lake, reading, hiking, swimming, and anything in the sunshine.
