New TripCare Features
TripCare continues to improve!
TripCare is being updated regularly to be more user-friendly. Here are a few highlights from our recent updates:
Pick up phone numbers
- Help transportation providers locate the member
- Allow transportation providers to update the member on their ETA
Treating doctor entry
- Allows for quicker approval of closest provider certification
- Enter “None” if the treating doctor’s name is not applicable
Auto-Save
- We now hold your position on the page after you have re-certified a standing order so that you are able to clearly see the changes you have made.
Enhanced detail screens
- Performance has been improved to help you see your details more quickly!
