DENVER, Colo. - April 24, 2026 - Modivcare, a leading provider of non-emergency transportation, personal care services, and monitoring solutions, announced the appointment of Alessandra Melloni as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective April 20, 2026.

Melloni joins Modivcare’s leadership team with more than 20 years of experience advising public, private, and private equity-backed companies across highly regulated and innovation-driven sectors. She most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Avid Technology, where she led Avid’s global legal, compliance, and governance functions and partnered closely with executive leadership and Avid’s Board of Directors to support strategic growth and business transformation.

Throughout her career, Melloni has led complex M&A transactions, including supporting a $1.5 billion private equity acquisition, and has built and scaled global legal and compliance frameworks to support evolving business models. She has also overseen enterprise-wide data privacy programs, helping organizations navigate change while enabling innovation.

At Modivcare, Melloni will oversee all legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions, helping advance the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable services to members, clients, and partners nationwide.
