Scott McCarty serves as Vice Chairman of the Modivcare Board of Managers. He brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare services, private equity, and corporate governance, with a focus on operational performance and long-term value creation.

Mr. McCarty is a Partner at Q Family Office, where he oversees private equity and distressed investment activities. He also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PHI Group, Inc., a global helicopter transportation company supporting offshore energy operations and emergency medical services. Earlier in his career, he served as a Captain in the United States Army and has held board roles across multiple public and private companies.

Mr. McCarty holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
