How long have you worked in your role as Recruitment & Diversity Director? 

I have been in my role for four and a half years. 

Can you describe your job in one sentence? 

My job is to recruit people of diverse backgrounds and help them feel like they belong in the organization. 

What do you like to do for fun outside of the office? 

Even though I live in Salem, Massachusetts, I like to go to downtown Salem before Halloween night and participate in all of the haunting tours. I pretend to be a tourist visiting the city. 

If you could trade places with anyone for the day, who would it be and why? 

I would trade places with my dog. I want to know what he does after I leave for work.
