Jody Kepler was appointed Chief Compliance Officer of Modivcare in March 2020. She brings over 20 years of compliance and legal experience in the healthcare industry with a track record of developing pragmatic, successful corporate compliance programs. She leads and oversees the audit response function, the annual compliance work plan, and developed data analytic plans for fraud detection to effectively mitigate risk, allow for better workflow, and process development. 

Prior to Modivcare, Jody served as Chief Compliance Officer at BioScrip, the largest independent national provider of infusion and home care management solutions. She was previously Senior Counsel at Tenet Healthcare, legal counsel at Coram CVS Specialty Infusion Services, and associate attorney to law firms in the Denver area.  

Jody holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Denver and a Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University.
