Jessica Kral was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Modivcare in June 2023. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience working at Fortune 100 companies and more than eight years as a C-level executive leading diverse, global IT teams. She is focused on driving decision making to deliver value-added business and technology solutions. 

Prior to joining Modivcare, Jessica held CIO roles at Optum Home & Community and UnitedHealthcare Medicare and Retirement. She previously served in leadership roles in software engineering, infrastructure, technology strategy and transformation at United Health Group and Target. 

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and is a certified facilitator of Senn Delaney’s culture-shaping methodology. She is also an executive coach with a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas.
