Ilias Simpson was appointed President of Modivcare’s Mobility division in April 2022. Ilias brings more than fifteen years of executive leadership experience, with a focus on logistics and transportation.  

Prior to Modivcare, he served as President and CEO at Radial Inc., a subsidiary of Bpost Group – Parcels and Logistics. Ilias has also previously held leadership roles at Ryder System, Inc., Pentair, Cintas, and Halliburton. As a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusivity, he strives to develop a corporate culture that praises employees for their contributions, prioritizes safety, and allows staff to feel heard, valued, and supported. Additionally, he is a decorated veteran of the United States Air Force. 

Ilias holds a a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas.
