What's the one thing all Modivcare team members have in common?

They never stop growing. That’s because we create a culture of open learning, encouraging our team members to pursue personal and professional growth opportunities at every stage of their career. We offer a range of training opportunities that build our team members’ skills and knowledge—from new hire training that gets team members on the right foot on their first day, to regular compliance training that fortifies our service and ethical culture, to new program and technology training on the latest features and capabilities.

Learning is essential for an organization to have a strong focus on coaching and mentoring. Not only will this benefit the individual, but it will also help the organization to grow. We have the tools like Pluralsight and teams who will support and encourage you via coaching, virtual, in-class and self-paced learning opportunities, technical certifications, and digital upskilling. Leadership and Development Team is looking forward to running world-class leadership development programs to help our employees groom themselves as future leaders.

Compliance training

We take our legal, ethical, and value-driven obligations seriously, and make sure our team members know what’s expected to protect and grow our respectful, secure, and inclusive work environment.

All Modivcare team members receive compliance training through our Learning Management System (our online training hub) on such topics as business ethics and code of conduct, information security, HIPAA privacy and security, and workplace diversity and cultural competency. Our team members are key in creating and maintaining the ethical workplace we are known for.

You will also receive training on the on-site review process of the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC). As an independent, nonprofit organization, URAC promotes health care quality through its accreditation, education, and measurement programs. All team members are required to understand the organization’s criteria as outlined in its core standards.
