What is your favorite part about being a Provider Relations Manager at Modivcare, and why?
My favorite part of my job is seeing our targeted efforts come to fruition. Whether that be through recruiting, onboarding, or placing a new quality high-impact Transportation Provider in an area of need, I enjoy watching the impact it has as a whole on our operations.
What top 3 traits make you a great Provider Relations Manager?
Given my background with Modivcare and having had the opportunity to do different things within the organization, I like to think that I am an advocate for not only our providers but also the members we serve.
I like to travel and don't mind going to an area or provider to solve a problem, so that definitely helps!
Having the best team, leaders, and mentors around me to provide support and encouragement has been my biggest source of success by far!
Please tell us a story about one of your most meaningful days as a Provider Relations Manager and why it was impactful to you.
I once received an invitation to visit an onboarding facility specializing in day support services. During the tour, I had interactions with staff and members that I will never forget. The services and activities this facility provides mean absolutely everything to our members, which in many cases is their only available avenue for extracurricular activities and socialization. Having these interactions firsthand allowed me to understand how what we do as an organization impacts lives. We have such an opportunity to make a difference.
Would you rather go to the beach or go to the mountains?
I prefer and am fortunate enough to call the mountains my home, but I certainly do enjoy the occasional trip to the beach!
What hobbies do you enjoy?
I enjoy anything outdoors, hunting, gardening, grilling, traveling, and spending time with my kids.
